“It is not too much to say that Eva’s workouts have changed my life. I am in my early 60s, and have always been somewhat active. However, I began working out with her several years ago and the combination of strength, cardio and stretching in workouts, have made, and continue to make a huge impact on me! I am impressed with her knowledge and the way she uses that knowledge to tailor workouts to my individual overall condition and any specific situation. For example, if my back is sore, she will give alternative moves to make sure that I don’t do any more harm to it. She pushes, but in an encouraging and fun way. Brian and I were commenting last night on how his back hasn’t hurt in a year and my knees haven’t bothered me on a run in about 6 months. The solution to our old age aches and pains…. strength training. Thanks to Eva’s inspiration we stopped being the cardio king/queen and started training 2 of our workouts a week with the Nike Training Club app. I wasn’t able to do a single squat or push up and fell over twice on my first go at it.:) I still suck at all things plank, but we are getting better. Thanks so much for changing the way we view working out!

My first workout with Eva…
I am in pretty good shape – but my focus up to this point has been all about cardio. So I went to Eva to help me add some strength training to my weekly routine. She went through a great workout with me, discovering my weak areas as we went along (ooh am I sore this morning!), and then customized a plan for me to follow that will help me reach my goals. I promise to do my homework and can’t wait to meet up again – see how far I have progressed! Eva made the work out fun, and she’s been a great friend for over ten years now – I trust her completely!
On days when I don’t feel like lifting a finger, Eva comes over and pumps me up with a variety of moves and fantastic music! I’m so much happier with my body – 4 inches from the waistline in 7 weeks! Thanks, Eva! You rock my world!
Had a really great kettlebell workout with Eva! It was awesome and I am sure I will really feel it tomorrow – especially when I attempt running before work in the morning.
Although mentally I am cursing you every time I sit down, stand up, or move today, my body says “Thank you!” Great job last night and thanks for getting us moving!

I am starting my adventure today and am totally excited about it! I enjoyed my workout this morning, way more than I ever expected…Mainly because it my “MY TIME”. I could listen to whatever music I wanted, do whatever exercise I wanted to, and do it all by myself with no one crying to be picked up or whining because they want something. It was pure bliss and I can’t wait to go back in the morning.
